[Remote] Remote role ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Syntricate Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The role involves leading client workshops, mapping business requirements to technical configurations, and developing custom applications using JavaScript.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes)
ā¢ Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
ā¢ Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization
ā¢ Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews
ā¢ Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance
Skills
ā¢ Experience in a Senior/Principal role requiring deeper expertise in specific workflows
ā¢ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, including UI Builder (UIB), Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Employee Center
ā¢ Deep knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
ā¢ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, demonstrated through previous consulting or implementation roles
ā¢ Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM
ā¢ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM
