[Remote] Remote Role: Labeling Business Analyst

They are seeking a Remote Labeling Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Loftware Enterprise Cloud labeling solution, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst will support the end-to-end implementation of the Loftware Enterprise Cloud labeling solutionThis role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and the implementation team to ensure successful delivery of Print-on-Demand labeling (and SmartFlow artwork management capabilities) across multiple sitesLead discovery sessions with business SME and site stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) as needed to gather/align business and functional requirementsDocument current-state ( as-is ) labeling processes across 8+ sites, including systems, workflows, and data dependenciesDefine/document future-state ( to-be ) processes aligned with Loftware capabilities, including Print-on-Demand and SmartFlow workflowsProduce high-quality deliverables: BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalyze existing label templates across legacy systemsWork with business SME to define template rationalization and standardization approachSupport mapping and recreation of templates within LoftwareEnsure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements during migrationWork with technical teams (vendor) to define integration requirements between Loftware and upstream systems (ERP, PLM, SQL databases)Document data flows, field mappings, and business rules governing label contentSupport validation of data integrity and traceabilityGather and document requirements for artwork design, change control, and approval workflowsDefine user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies within SmartFlowAlign workflows with existing quality and regulatory processesServe as primary liaison alongside business lead/SME between business users and technical teamsFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forumsManage requirement sign-offs and maintain traceabilityDevelop and support execution of test strategies (UAT)Work with business SME and site stakeholders to create test scenarios and ensure coverage of business-critical workflowsCoordinate defect tracking and resolution with implementation partnersSupport impact assessments and readiness activities across sitesAssist with training material development and user adoptionProvide go-live and hypercare supportSkillsLoftware / NiceLabel (Enterprise Labeling Tools)Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping)Template Migration / Standardization (Label Templates or Similar)System Integration Experience (ERP/SAP, PLM, Databases)Data Mapping, Data Flows & Business Rules DefinitionSmartFlow / Artwork Workflow / Approval SystemsRegulated Domain Experience (Pharma / Biotech / Medical Devices / GxP)Multi-site / Large-scale Implementation ProjectsUAT & Testing Support (Test Scenarios, Execution, Defect Tracking)Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional CoordinationBenefitsHealth, vision, dental, life and disability insuranceCompany OverviewThe Fountain Group is a staffing firm that specializes in rendering contingent workforce solutions to various industries.
