[Remote] *REMOTE* Project Manager (Structural Steel Farication)

The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring project profitability and alignment.ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel fabrication projects from contract award through closeoutOversee multiple concurrent projects totaling approximately $7M–$12M in active workCoordinate with detailing, shop production, procurement, and field teamsManage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change ordersTrack fabrication progress, production schedules, and material flowMaintain communication with general contractors, owners, and external stakeholdersMonitor project budgets, forecasting, and overall profitabilityCoordinate with Field Coordinators and Superintendents to ensure schedule alignmentSupport internal project reporting and documentation processesTravel to jobsites approximately once per month for onsite presence and coordinationSkills5+ years of Project Management experience within Structural Steel Fabrication environmentsExperience managing multiple structural steel projects simultaneously ($7M-$12M at a time)Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, shop operations, and steel project lifecycleExperience managing commercial and/or industrial structural steel projectsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAbility to travel periodically to jobsites and company operations as neededEligibility to work in the U.SSoftware experience with StruMIS, Bluebeam, and/or Trimble productsExposure to Spectrum and ProjectSight (or similar project management/accounting systems)BenefitsPerformance-based project bonus structure (discretionary, based on gross profit)Medical, Dental, Vision (~90-95% employer-paid for employee)401(k) matchPaid time offRemote / hybrid flexibilityLong-term growth opportunity into senior leadership exposureCompany OverviewTiello is a construction recruitment firm.
