Resource Informatics Group, Inc is seeking a Remote PeopleSoft Security Analyst to provide advanced consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS Program. The role involves managing IAM workflows, enforcing role-based access control, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.ResponsibilitiesPerforming highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work related to supporting the CAPPS ProgramResponsible for the IAM (TDIS) and ERP (CAPPS) security framework, which includes but is not limited to:Provides oversight of IAM workflows, including account lifecycle management, provisioning, deāprovisioning, and access reviewsManage and enforce roleābased access control (RBAC) and leastāprivilege models within ERP and connected systemsDesign and maintain segregationāofāduties (SoD) rules; identify and remediate SoD conflicts across business processesReview and validate security roles, permission sets, and custom authorizations within CAPPS and all ancillary systemsMaintain standards for security, performance, compliance, and architectureResponsible for ensuring that all digital products and content meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standardsServe as a subject matter expert associated with user role Segregation of Duties (SOD) in CAPPS multi-tenant software applicationsServe as a subject matter expert and perform Delegated Administration Level 3 for the Texas Digital Identity Services (TDIS)Serve as the subject matter expert and be able to implement, support, and maintain products offered by PathLock that include: User Access Review (UAR), Single Sign-On (SSO), Data Masking and A360SkillsExtensive experience performing technical activities in support of clients application systemsExtensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, technical insight, and effective cross functional communicationExperience preparing materials for and conducting executive-level presentationsExperience performing technical project management activities in support of client's CAPPS programExperience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirementsExtensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes and methodologiesExperience in IT security and control practicesTechnical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine and Oracle 11 or higherExperience with CAPPS Central production and deployment technical support activities for more than 100 agencies and 5 Hub instancesExperience with IT service desk functions, knowledge of ITIL framework methodologies and processesExperience serving in a security analyst role with responsibility overseeing a Managed Services providerExperience with user role segregation of duties (SoD) in multi-tenant software applicationsExperience with software and hardware management industry best practicesExperience with client's legacy Statewide Financial Systems production support activitiesExperience developing technical specifications to support IT procurementsCompany OverviewResource Informatics Group (RIG) is a Product and Technology company focused on delivering intelligent, scalable, and transformative solutions that drive business performance and digital excellence.
