This role involves managing client information work orders, creating corporate templates, and supporting national operations initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage and complete Client Information work orders • Code creation and administration (ex. client, bordereaux, broker, and care of codes) • Guideline creation and administration • Administration of the Policy Library • Client access administration • Template creation and maintenance • Project based support • Dedicated resource to national operations initiatives • Client code reconciliation for acquisition • General support on acquisition integration projects • General duties as required Skills • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary diploma or degree • Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Customer service experience • Insurance industry experience is an asset Company Overview • SCM Insurance Services offers a suite of comprehensive insurance solutions.
