Harris Computer, a group of Constellation Software Inc., is seeking an M&A Analyst / Associate to support its capital deployment strategy. The role involves evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities while collaborating with senior M&A professionals and business leaders.ResponsibilitiesFinancial modeling, valuation analysis, and return assessmentSupporting and coordinating due diligence activities, including working with internal functional teams and business unit stakeholdersPreparing investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal investment committeesAssisting with transaction negotiations, deal structuring, and executionSupporting post-close monitoring and facilitating the hand-off to integration teamsSupport M&A business development specialists in tracking, nurturing, and qualifying acquisition opportunitiesAssist in maintaining relationships with acquisition targets and intermediaries through calls, emails, and occasional in-person meetingsHelp ensure timely escalation of relevant opportunities to senior M&A team membersInternal reporting on pre-close acquisition activity, pipeline status, and post-close acquisition performanceSome travel required (approximately 10–25%)SkillsPrior experience in accounting, corporate finance, transaction services, or M&A is required0–2+ years of relevant experience for Analyst-level candidates; 2–5+ years for Associate-level candidates, in M&A, corporate development, transaction services, accounting, corporate finance, or investment analysisExperience with financial modeling and deal-related analysis; exposure to investment memoranda is an assetStrong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluency in EnglishCompletion of an undergraduate degreeMBA or professional designation is an asset but not requiredBenefitsVacation and personal time offComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from day oneEmployee equity participation and RRSP/401(k) matching programsLifestyle and wellness benefitsRemote work flexibility and additional perksCompany OverviewHealthcare IT should work for clinicians, not against them.
