[Remote] Remote Live Verification Agent - Part Time
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. U-Haul is a company that offers truck rental services and is seeking Part-Time Live Verification Agents to assist customers using their Truck Share 24/7 program. In this role, agents will review customer information, ensure compliance with rental standards, and provide support through inbound and outbound calls as well as chat interactions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Claim sessions for customers doing business with us via Truck Share 24/7
ā¢ Review each session for accuracy while answering any questions the customer may have
ā¢ Determine the proper course of action utilizing instructional materials reviewed
ā¢ Make outbound calls for verification of alternate contacts
ā¢ Communicate with the customer via phone or chat in an efficient and courteous manner
ā¢ Ensure compliance with the U-Haul policies in order to retain customer loyalty and prevent the re-occurrence of objections
ā¢ Review telephone, mail, and internet procedures for each communication received and respond a reply to each assigned customer with a specific time frame
ā¢ Listen to customer concerns, documenting them and resolving when able
Skills
ā¢ Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English
ā¢ Inbound call/phone experience (high volume highly preferred)
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills with 1 year of phone customer service experience
ā¢ Logic, reasoning, time management, and facial recognition skills
ā¢ Proficiency, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at one time (online sessions)
ā¢ Reasonable and predictable attendance
ā¢ Must be available to work holidays
ā¢ 25 hours of availability per week
ā¢ Must work Saturday and Sunday
ā¢ Must have a quiet, private work area
ā¢ Required to be present during Education training classes or meetings with your camera on and microphone unmuted
ā¢ Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if you were working at a U-Haul site
ā¢ All work duties including education must be performed at your home address
ā¢ If you want to switch or substitute computers at any time, manager approval is required in advance
ā¢ Operating System: Windows 11
ā¢ RAM: 16GB minimum (32GB recommended)
ā¢ Processor: CPU benchmark score of 6,000 minimum (10,000 recommended)
ā¢ Storage: SSD with at least 5GB free space
ā¢ Webcam (external or built-in)
ā¢ USB headset (wired)
ā¢ Ping: under 100
ā¢ Download: 50MB minimum (100MB recommended)
ā¢ Upload: 5MB minimum (10MB recommended)
ā¢ Technically savvy preferred
