[Remote] Remote Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Mindset Psychology is a thriving private practice seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) trained in evidence-based individual and/or couples therapy. The role offers full autonomy with a flexible schedule, allowing the psychologist to provide therapy to adults and adolescents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
• Create your own flexible schedule
• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and adolescents
• Utilize and deepen your experience in evidence-based modalities
• Participate in monthly team meetings and clinical consultations
• Opportunity to supervise an unlicensed clinician for additional compensation
• Option to lead groups or family therapy
• Minimal administrative burden with extensive support
• Reliable referral pipeline from our active waiting list
• Integrated team collaboration with Psychiatric NP and Dietitian
• In-network with insurance

Skills
• Active New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
• Ability to maintain a caseload of 20+ clients per week
• Training in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IPT)
• Strong interpersonal, conceptualization, and diagnostic skills
• Commitment to holistic, culturally responsive care
