[Remote] Remote Insurance Sales Representative (No Cold Calling)

The Summers Agency is expanding and seeking motivated Insurance Sales Representatives who want to build a long-term career with leadership opportunities. This fully remote, relationship-based sales position involves contacting warm leads, guiding clients through coverage options, and mentoring new agents.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments
ā¢ Build trust and guide clients through coverage options
ā¢ Work with 10ā15 families per week (full-time)
ā¢ Learn and use mortgage protection and retirement solutions
ā¢ Grow into leadership by mentoring and developing new agents
Skills
ā¢ Self-motivated and dependable individuals

ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ Desire for growth, leadership, and impact
ā¢ A Life & Health Insurance License is required
