They are seeking a Remote Insurance Account Manager to work with advisors and specialists in analyzing client data and creating effective risk management solutions to meet clients' financial goals.ResponsibilitiesPrepares documents for presenting risks to marketPrepares applications, summaries of insurance, insurance certificates, auto identification cards and other coverage related documentsAssists client service teams in the preparation of presentation materialsAnalyzes and summarizes complex data and compiles reports under supervisionRecords data into the appropriate insurance company and firm software programsRuns monthly cancellation and expiration reportsProcesses and completes endorsements and auditsCompletes special projects as assignedLooks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment and processesSkillsOne to two years' experience in the insurance industryCurrent 2-20 or 20-44 License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clientsBasic understanding of insurance coverages, quoting and binding experienceModerate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systemsStrong analytical, research and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailStrong verbal and written communications skillsCompany OverviewThe Baldwin Group is an advisory firm that delivers insurance, risk mitigation, and wealth management solutions for businesses.
