This role focuses on designing and developing engaging learning solutions for sales and technical training, utilizing various delivery methods to support a global audience.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop online learning programs and digital training assets aligned with global training strategies, regional needs, and product launch initiativesCreate highly interactive and task-based learning experiences using eLearning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), job aids, animated videos, and other blended learning approachesDesign and develop instructor-led training workshops and supporting materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, presentations, checklists, and evaluationsPartner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to transform technical content and institutional knowledge into performance-focused training solutionsDevelop learning objectives aligned with strategic priorities and critical job skillsConduct learning needs assessments, analyze data, and recommend effective learning strategiesCreate scripts, storyboards, design documents, and assessments that align with course objectivesDevelop training-related digital assets, including presentations, graphics, illustrations, and other visual learning materialsUpdate existing training programs to reflect product enhancements, software updates, process improvements, and organizational changesTest and validate training content prior to deployment within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other delivery platformsPresent training solutions to stakeholders and SMEs, gather feedback, and implement revisions as neededPerform other work-related duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of professional instructional design experienceExperience designing and developing complex learning programs across multiple delivery methods, including: Virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, Social and mobile learning, Microlearning, Video-based learningStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and needs analysis processesExperience writing learning objectives, recommending instructional strategies, developing blended learning solutions, and measuring learning effectivenessProficiency with eLearning development tools, including: Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe CaptivateProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorStrong writing skills, including instructional content, scripts, and multimedia narrationExperience with video and audio editing tools, voice-over recording, and AI-powered voice generation toolsStrong visual design and storytelling capabilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProven project management skills, including managing projects from analysis through evaluationAbility to accept and implement feedback effectivelyExceptional attention to detailMaster's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, or a related fieldExperience developing technical or medical training contentExperience creating infographics and advanced visual learning materialsBenefits401KDental insuranceLife InsuranceMedical InsuranceVision InsurancePTOCompany OverviewOn-Board Companies is a management consulting enterprise located in New Jersey.
