• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the booking process
• Manage changes, special requests, and confirmations
• Stay up to date with hospitality trends, loyalty programs, and promotional offers
• Maintain accurate client and booking records
• Collaborate with internal team members to support client success
