They are seeking a REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist to lead complex onboarding and integrations, assist with product configurations, and troubleshoot technical issues for their enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead complex onboarding and/or integrations
ā¢ Assist with product configurations with multiple stakeholders and teams
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
ā¢ Conduct tailored trainings and webinars as needed
Skills
ā¢ 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
ā¢ Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
ā¢ Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc
ā¢ Experience working with software integrations between systems
