[Remote] REMOTE Employment Law Counsel | $135K–$170K + Bonus | No BD | ~1,500 Hours

Elite Talent Consulting is a highly respected national Labor & Employment law firm seeking an experienced Remote Counsel to join its fully virtual, employer-side practice. This role focuses on substantive employment law work without business development pressure, allowing attorneys to deliver high-quality legal work in a flexible, remote environment. Responsibilities • Handle administrative agency matters (EEOC, DOL, and state agencies) • Respond to attorney demand letters and develop pre-litigation strategy • Support single-plaintiff employment litigation and EPLI matters • Draft position statements, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda • Collaborate with a fully remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals • Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work in a remote-first environment Skills • 5–7+ years of employment law experience • Bar Admission Requirement (Required) • Candidates must be actively barred and in good standing in at least one of the following states: New York, Arizona, Texas, California • Strong legal writing, organization, and case management skills • Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred • Experience with EPLI defense and/or agency proceedings is a plus Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid parental leave • 401(k) with profit sharing • Life, disability, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coverage • Optional benefits including student loan support and pet insurance Company Overview • Discover the Elite Talent Consulting Difference In a world of generic solutions and outdated methods, we provide a decisive advantage.
