[Remote] Remote Data Analyst

The role involves performing data management tasks to assist with a data footprint cleanup initiative, including locating and disposing of outdated and unnecessary confidential client matter content within internal domains. Responsibilities • Perform data management and destruction tasks • Find and delete outdated and unnecessary confidential client matter content • Generate proof of disposition compliance • Locate and dispose of data efficiently and timely • Use critical thinking skills to determine if data should be archived or permanently deleted Skills • Minimum 1-2 years of IT experience with the ability to perform data management and destruction tasks • Proven knowledge and experience in a professional environment with the Office 365 products including Azure, SharePoint (Office 365), Teams (Office 365); Windows file shares (e.g., Nasuni (cloud) / VMWare (on prem) / Windows Fileshares (on prem) / Nimble / Synology (ntsf file shares - created at OS level)); and SQL dB / Raw Data • Attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well with a remote team within the domestic United States • Experience with Data Bricks, AWS, Huddle, Kiteworks, RelativityOne, Snowflake, Symphony CMS, and Tableau • Proficiency in Service Now workflow processing Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
