They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to customers and assist in the release of vehicles from various locations. Responsibilities The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart The primary function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support Answer and place calls in a professional manner Measured on call quality -- (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls) Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs Other duties as assigned Skills One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred High School diploma Excellent customer service skills and attitude Excellent written and verbal skills Proficient with office equipment Attention to detail Problem-solving Computer proficiency - MS Suite Typing speed 45WPM Professional appearance Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills a plus Occasional overtime as needed Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision 401k plus a company match ESPP - Employee Stock Purchase Plan EAP - Employee Assistance Program 10 Vacation days per year 7 Paid Company Holidays Life and AD&D Insurance Company Overview Copart is a Vehicle auctioning company traded on NASDAQ with ticket CPRT.
