They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls regarding wireless accounts, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting assistance.ResponsibilitiesDeliver world-class customer service to inbound callersUtilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiencyProcess orders, update accounts, and maintain recordsEffective multitasking and strong attention to detailSkillsExceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally; navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office settingCustomer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual settingAvailable for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CSTAvailable to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CSTMust pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United StatesYou must live in one of these states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, IowaCable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)25Mbps Download/10Mbps UploadPing Rate – Less than 100 msA private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hoursAbility to be on webcam during working hoursBenefitsPaid personal time offPaid sick timeHealth/vision/dental benefits401k with matching contributionsTuition reimbursement programCompany OverviewWhen people reach for their phones, use laptops, or grab their tablets, Afni's contact center teams are there to provide prompt and friendly help.
