[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is a telehealth and food care company seeking a Remote Outbound Enrollment Representative. In this role, you will connect with potential members to educate them on telehealth nutrition counseling services and schedule their initial consultations with Registered Dietitians, while meeting weekly scheduling quotas in a high-volume calling environment.ResponsibilitiesMake high volume outbound calls to potential new members and explain the benefits of utilizing this free benefit through their insurance (requirement of 150+ calls per day)Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading from it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phoneHit the daily goal of getting 10-14+ new members signed up per dayAddress any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as neededSkillsAll candidates must have reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 with at least 8GB of RAM OR the MacOS 12.7.4 or higher (no Chromebooks allowed)Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 150+ calls a day without getting burned outExperience handling sensitive and confidential information in regulated industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, or financial servicesMust be tech savvy- comfortable learning new systems and quickly navigating through multiple systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of technical understandingAdaptable to change - thrives in a fast-moving, start-up environment and capable of working independently while staying on task and adhering to remote policiesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities without sacrificing qualityDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet shared goals and deadlines- this group is all about teamwork and collaboration!Prior healthcare experience- experience handling sensitive and confidential information with strong knowledge of HIPAA complianceBilingual in another language (If they are applying as a bilingual team member, they must be comfortable explaining complex details of healthcare related information)Proficient in Google Suite applications, Zoom Call Center, or Retool softwareStrong passion for health and wellnessBenefitsBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Company OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
