Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will undergo training in Warwick, RI before transitioning to a remote work model. The role involves communicating with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective listening and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via telephone using strong communication skills, active listening, and empathyDrive solutions that best meet the customer’s needsAnalyze and resolve complex customer issues such as requests regarding various product aspects, policy provisions, claim status, basic procedures, etcEnsure each customer experience is exceptional by leveraging effective listening skills, attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and an honest desire to make a differenceEfficiently process transactions and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas.
