Cinter Career is an HR consulting firm seeking a dedicated Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR practices to improve client organizational performance.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify new opportunities for improvement or additional servicesConsulting and Advisory: Work with clients to assess their HR challenges and suggest practical, effective solutionsRecruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for clients, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring requirements to onboarding new employees, ensuring clients' talent acquisition goals are metBusiness Development & Sales: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing leads, and engaging in sales activities to grow the company's client base. Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
