As an Inside Sales Representative (Closer), you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding our client base, working remotely within a supportive, high-performance sales environment.ResponsibilitiesConducting high-volume outbound phone calls using provided leads to engage prospects and close salesFollowing a proven sales process and scripts to qualify prospects, handle objections, and secure deals—often within 1-2 conversationsMaintaining accurate records of dispositions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pipelineMeeting daily and weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, contacts, and closesParticipating in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews to continuously improve performanceSkillsHigh school diploma or GED1-7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven history of personally closing dealsExperience conducting outbound phone calls and qualifying prospects to close sales in 1-2 conversationsExperience using a CRM to track opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline statusExperience following a structured sales process using scripts and talk tracksExperience working in a KPI-driven sales environment with daily metricsExperience participating in active sales coaching and call review/recordingProfessional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United StatesExperience selling to SMB or professional-services customers such as real estate agents, financial advisors, insurance agents, or small business ownersCompensation expectations align with On-Target Earnings of $65,000-$125,000+ (base plus uncapped commission/incentives)Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environmentFamiliarity with digital and direct-mail marketing solutionsStrong organizational skills for maintaining a clean sales pipelineComfort with call recording, feedback, and structured coachingExperience working with high-volume lead listsDedicated, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internetBenefitsFull benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and much moreEquipment needed to work remotely is provided by the companyCompany OverviewReminderMedia specializes in customizable marketing solutions for business professionals to stay top-of-mind with their clients.
