Quench USA, Inc. is a leader in providing bottle-free filtered water solutions and is seeking a Remote Account Executive for the hospitality sector. This role involves driving new business development and managing existing accounts within the hospitality vertical, focusing on increasing revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building.ResponsibilitiesDrive outbound prospecting efforts within an assigned geographic market - remotely via phone, email, video calls, etc. - targeting a defined set of hospitality businesses such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses, and casinosFocus on both new business development (approx. 70%) and expansion within an assigned customer base (approx. 30%), increasing share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling existing clientsManage a territory that includes a mix of new prospects and assigned accounts, segmented by geography and, in some cases, by brand affiliationResearch, identify, and build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects using internal tools and external sourcesLeverage platforms like Salesloft and Salesforce to manage multi-step outreach cadences, log activity, monitor engagement, and report on pipeline healthEngage directly with key decision-makers (i.e. General Managers, Directors of Food & Beverage, Directors of Operations) to understand their business needs and present tailored solutionsPartner with marketing and sales leadership to refine positioning, adapt messaging based on prospect feedback, and stay aligned with campaign strategiesStay informed on hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to sharpen outreach efforts and maximize relevanceSkillsAt least three years of demonstrated performance of exceeding sales quotas with recurring revenue-based servicesProven track record in driving incremental revenue and maintaining high level of outbound selling activitiesCompetitive, aggressive sales nature with a desire to succeed and winStrong attention to detail, follow-up and ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needsSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and prompt communicationExperience selling to restaurants and hotels is a plusPassionate about the hospitality industry and a commitment to fostering sustainable water solutionsProficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Experience with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft, Highspot, or similar tools is preferredBachelor's Degree preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision which start day one401(k) match of 50% up to 6%Unlimited PTO and 10 paid Holidays$100 monthly phone stipendCompany OverviewCulligan Quench understands your workplace has unique water needs.
