The Relationship Consultant in the Pet Agency Channel will serve as the relationship lead for intermediary partners, focusing on partner activation, enablement, and distribution growth through effective engagement and support strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and manages relationships with internal/external clients and business partners. Identifies business needs, service requirements, key issues, alternative solutions and resources for the clients and businessEvaluates strategies and objectives of the business partners and recommends proper services and products. Resolves issues. Develops and implements strategic plans, coordinates reports, communicates performance results and develops action plansMonitors overall client satisfaction, progress of all ongoing work and projects and process improvement in order to improve service deliveryPromotes and supports the sales and production of products through highly interactive relationships. Assists in new product development and field introductionMarkets, promotes and educates customers on products and services. Coordinates benchmarking efforts for business unit. Captures information for selling the business unit services and makes presentations to clientsOwns the administration and communication of service level agreements or contract commitments with assigned client baseDevelops and implements plans to tackle business problems related to the client's business and the services/products providedAssists in defining the communication channel and facilitates communication and integration of services between business unit and client.
