[Remote] Regulatory Paralegal

The Regulatory Paralegal will support the Legal team by managing regulatory filings and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, playing a crucial role in the company's operations.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and reportsCoordinate subpoena response and documentationMaintain organized records of regulatory correspondence and obligationsTrack deadlines and ensure timely completion of compliance tasksSupport audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiriesCollaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather information and resolve issuesSkillsExperience supporting regulatory filings, audits, or compliance programsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with document management and productivity toolsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritiesInterest in or experience using AI tools in daily workflowsCompany OverviewPaxos is a regulated financial institution building infrastructure to enable movement between physical and digital assets.
