Job Summary:
The Senior Case Management Specialist (Operations) will review, investigate, and resolve complex, sensitive, and specialized cases in accordance with state-driven case handling guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims processing, Medicaid plans, and clinical case management.
Requirements:
2+ years of clinical case management experience (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
Experience in a production environment
Analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex claims
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and keyboard navigation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
QNXT claims processing experience
Experiences insight
Edifecs knowledge
