Position Summary
The Remote Registered Nurse will assess, analyze, and resolve complex patient situations in accordance with established state-driven care guidelines. Experience with Medicaid plans is highly desirable. Claims processing experience is a fundamental prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and analyze patient needs remotely.
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Resolve complex patient issues and concerns.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of clinical case management experience (Business, Medicaid, Government healthcare, etc.)
Experience working in a production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Proficiency with computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QNXT claims processing.
Experience in a care management role.
Edifecs data experience.

The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or base annual full-time compensation for all positions within this grade. The actual compensation will vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
