About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy via remote sessions to patients with diverse health and lifestyle needs
Conduct digital shop-alongs to help patients optimize their grocery budget on our platform
Support patients in completing regular nutrition assessments using our proprietary nutrition quiz
Document care in electronic medical records according to the Nutrition Care Process
Manage a panel of clients with various chronic health conditions and backgrounds
Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients through HIPAA-compliant video and audio calls and electronic messaging

Well-versed in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques
Excited about working in a dynamic start-up environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Self-motivated and independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
At least one state licensure, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses in high-demand states
Ability to work in the U.S., with high-speed internet and a smartphone
What We Offer
Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $91,640 per year, depending on location and experience
Bonus potential: flexible model based on performance, with average on-target earnings of $3,000 - $4,500 per quarter
