Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to drive the expansion of clinical services in the assigned territory. This remote executive-level position involves managing strategic growth initiatives and cultivating relationships with long-term care facility clients throughout the sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and spearheads strategic expansion plans and marketing strategies for the region to achieve annual growth goalsCross sell both psychology and psychiatric medication management service linesNavigate complex sales cycles targeted toward multi-state and multi-facility facility operatorsResponsible for helping to establish and achieving regional revenue goals related to new developmentAbility to prospect, sell, negotiate and close a large volume of new contracted facility clientsCold calls, email, conduct face to face sales presentations to identify and nurture high volume sales pipeline through facility contracting stageAggressively pursue targeted accounts with a focus on increasing market shareWorks with clinical director, regional account manager and/or operations manager to tie in new business with existing accounts to broaden scope and depth of service deliveryNetworks within long-term care tradeshows, mental health facilities, and local associations which generate business for the companyUtilize CRM Salesforce platform to promote detailed sales tracking and data reportingInterface with facility Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and Social Services Directors to identify patient needs and execute new contractsSkillsCandidates must live in the Greater El Paso, TX area or be willing to relocateBachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years' experience in selling services to long-term care facilitiesValid driver's licenseIntermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and InternetMust be able to work independentlyAbility to work remotely and operate in a self-motivated professional environmentOrganized with strong attention to detailCRM experience requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – Speaks to others to convey information effectively.
