The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving sales growth within the Southern California region.ResponsibilitiesSell an AI SOC platform transforming SecOps from triage through remediationLand, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunitiesExecute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targetsDeveloping and building close long-term strategic relationships with prospects, customers and channel partnersExpand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stakeholdersSkills5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling security softwareYou have a measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targetsExperience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions and ability to adapt to fast-growing and changing environmentsExperience in the 'C' suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skillsExperience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniquesHunter mentality with solid Sales DNA e.g. CoM, Challenger and MEDDICCCompany OverviewTorq is an AI-first no-code automation platform that unifies and automates workflows and processes across modern enterprise security.
