They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through strategic market development and strong customer relationship management while achieving assigned sales goals.ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales goals for revenue, profitability, and account growth within the designated regionDevelop, maintain, and expand customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and during service delivery to support client satisfaction and long-term retentionIdentify new business opportunities through local and national market development, prospecting, and competitive analysisPrepare, present, and negotiate comprehensive and competitive sales proposals aligned with customer needs and company objectivesUtilize Salesforce and other reporting tools to manage pipeline activity, track performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasting and progress updatesMaintain awareness of customer operations, business conditions, and changing service requirements in order to respond effectively and deliver value-added solutionsCollaborate with operational partners to support service delivery, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of company goalsPromote and reinforce a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and service excellence across the regionCoach, mentor, and support branch and regional team members to strengthen sales capability, professionalism, and overall business performanceContribute to strategic planning efforts by identifying opportunities to improve processes, grow the business, and enhance customer outcomesSkillsMinimum of three years of sales leadership and/or training experienceMinimum of five years of sales experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence diverse audiencesStrong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse employee and customer baseTravel is required for this position and may account for up to 70% of working time based on business needsBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Facilities, or a related fieldFive or more years of experience in the facility services industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceCompany OverviewWith over 45 years of experience, MasterCorp has proudly served as a trusted partner in the hospitality services industry.
