They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow market share in the Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi areas, develop relationships with key decision makers, and manage sales representatives in the region.ResponsibilitiesGrow the market share of HME products in the Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi geographic area and achieve or exceed sales quotaDevelop relationships with decision makers (clinical, technical, and economic) in geographic areaCold call and visit prospects on location, set appointments with hospital staff and administrators, Manage all leads and customers within a defined territoryKeep CRM software updated with appropriate information, educate medical staff on the use and benefits of medical devices, Provide product demonstrations and supportEnsure smooth ordering at all accounts (new and existing), Maximize account penetration by selling all products in portfolioCommunicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experienceCollect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementationSupport and champion the regional sales strategy, Develop and execute territory business planSupport, train, and develop sales reps/ sales agents on products, services, and any corporate level initiativesOversee and manage multiple territories and associated sales reps/sales agentsSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Biology or related field requiredA minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales requiredMust have a strong sales background with demonstrated performance record; ability to learn medical device product platformSelf-starter, independent sales management skillsDirect sales training and experience in medical device industryMaster's degree preferredExperience managing direct reports preferredCompany OverviewAt Heraeus Medevio, we improve lives by serving our customers to bring better medical devices to market, faster.
