[Remote] Regional Sales Manager - Air Treatment Products

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region to drive sales growth and expand market presence for ZEKS Air Treatment products, managing distributor relationships and territory strategy to achieve revenue objectives.ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth - Achieve annual sales targets for the Midwest territoryDevelop and execute regional sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity trackingIdentify new market opportunities and drive penetration of ZEKS Air Treatment productsChannel & Distributor Management - Manage and support authorized distributors throughout the Midwest regionConduct regular distributor business reviews, performance evaluations, and joint sales planningProvide product training, competitive positioning, and pricing support to distributor teamsCustomer & Market Engagement - Build strong relationships with end users, OEMs, contractors, and key industry stakeholdersConduct site visits, product demonstrations, technical consultations, and solution based sellingGather market intelligence including competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and emerging trendsTerritory & Account Management - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM entries for all opportunitiesDevelop strategic account plans for high potential customers and regional key accountsPrioritize accounts to maximize coverage and optimize time in the fieldCross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service to support customer needsProvide real time voice of customer feedback for product enhancements or new product developmentSupport trade shows, distributor training events, and industry conferencesOperational Excellence - Ensure compliance with corporate pricing policies, margin objectives, and sales processesPrepare weekly and monthly reporting on territory performanceManage travel, expenses, and territory budgets responsiblySkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, compressed air, or related sectors5+ years of experience with air treatment solutions (dryers, filtration, condensate management)5+ years of experience in distributor/channel management1+ years of experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales toolsExcellent Communication and Presentation SkillsStrategic Territory PlanningRelationship & Influence ManagementTechnical Aptitude / Product KnowledgeResults Driven ExecutionBusiness AcumenNegotiation & Closing SkillsSelf Motivation & IndependenceSalesforce experienceBenefitsMedical and prescription plansDental and vision coverageWellness programsLife insuranceA robust 401(k) planPaid time offEmployee stock grantCompany OverviewIngersoll Rand is an industrial manufacturing company that provides mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions.
