[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory, collaborating with channel partners, and maintaining strong relationships with customers while providing technical support throughout the sales process.ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and develop a high-performing network of Channel Partners to drive sales of Hoffman and Lamson productsEvaluate partner capabilities, identify gaps, and implement development plansAppoint new partners in underperforming areas to meet territory objectivesCollaborate with Channel Partner Principals, Product Champions, and the Senior Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute territory strategies aligned with revenue, margin, and growth targetsIdentify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities through cold outreach, market research, and industry networkingMaintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline in SalesforceActively participate in all stages of the sales cycle, including quoting, account management, and collections supportEstablish measurable goals for key accounts and provide regular progress updatesDeliver product training and technical assistance, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and root-cause analysis of product issuesServe as a technical resource to reinforce product value and maintain Paragon’s quality reputationPartner with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, and other internal teams to support account growth, product commercialization, and successful implementationLead customer presentations and participate in industry trade shows and conferences to build relationships, identify market trends, and generate new leadsSkillsBachelor's degree5+ years of relevant industry outside sales experienceChannel sales and partner management expertiseStrong knowledge of hydraulics, positive displacement blowers, and rotating equipmentStrategic planning and territory developmentCustomer-focused relationship buildingTechnical problem-solving and product supportClear, persuasive communication and collaborationStrong organizational and time-management skillsSolid business and financial acumenSelf-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and CRM tools such as SalesforceBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experienceCandidates must demonstrate strong experience with positive displacement and centrifugal blower systems, or rotating equipmentWorking knowledge of Salesforce and SAPBenefitsDiscretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensationMedical and prescription plansDental and vision coverageWellness programsLife insuranceA robust 401(k) planPaid time offEmployee stock grantCompany OverviewIngersoll Rand is an industrial manufacturing company that provides mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions.
