[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will take ownership of a key U.S. territory, driving growth by working closely with architects, designers, distributors, and commercial partners to secure product specifications on major building projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional growth strategy for the SoutheastDrive specification sales through architects, A&D firms, and developersBuild relationships with distributors, door manufacturers, and millwork partnersSupport architects with technical guidance, presentations, and product trainingManage and develop sales representatives within the regionTrack projects from early specification through to closeCollaborate with engineering teams to support project-specific requirementsSkills7–10 years of experience in architectural hardware or related building productsStrong background in specification-driven, project-based salesExisting relationships within the A&D community, contractors, or distributorsExperience working with commercial construction projectsComfortable leading technical conversations with architects and designersSelf-starter who thrives in an independent, field-based roleStrong communication and presentation skillsValid driver's license and passportMust be based within 45 minutes of a major airport60–70% travel across the region, with occasional travel to EuropeRemote - Southeast U.S. - preferred locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, DC, Miami, Nashville, and surrounding areasCompany OverviewYER USA is a recruitment firm specializing in helping European companies hire top talent in the U.S. It was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, US, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
