[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

Newfi Lending Wholesale is expanding its dynamic team and is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing Wholesale division on the West coast. This role is ideal for a highly driven, strategic-minded sales leader who will manage a team of Regional Account Executives and build out the entire Westcoast territory, focusing on recruiting talent and nurturing broker relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and grow a team of Regional Account Executives within a designated territoryRecruit, hire, and train new Regional Account Executives to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable sales teamSet clear performance goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular coaching and development sessions to drive individual and team successMonitor day-to-day activities, pipeline management, and sales workflow to ensure accountability, productivity, and complianceAnalyze team performance metrics and generate reports to track production goals, pipeline health, and prospecting efficiencyDevelop and execute territory-specific strategies to acquire new broker clients and strengthen relationships with existing partnersServe as the first point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issuesCollaborate with internal teams including operations, underwriting, and leadership to ensure a seamless broker experienceRepresent Newfi's brand and values with professionalism and integrity in all external engagementsSkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage originations, preferably within wholesale or consumer-direct lending environmentsProven track record of sales leadership, team building, and production management in a fast-paced, metrics-driven settingIn-depth knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM), and wholesale channel dynamicsExceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influenceStrong organizational acumen with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives without breaking a sweat (or a spreadsheet)Tech-savvy and proficient in LOS systems (LQB experience preferred) and standard business applicationsFierce attention to detail paired with a deep love of deadlines (yes, we said it—love)Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative mindset and relentless follow-throughLQB experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensation plan including base salary and performance incentives401(k)Full medical, dental, and vision benefitsOpportunity to work alongside accessible and supportive leadershipA collaborative culture focused on innovation, growth, and professional developmentCompany OverviewNewfi Wholesale is a wholesale mortgage lender that provides loan products and technology to help grow businesses and close loans.
