[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

Pro-Active Engineering is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across aerospace & defense, medical device and industrial markets. This role focuses on selling technical manufacturing services and building relationships with engineers and supply chain leaders to convert opportunities into business. The position involves managing a sales plan, pipeline, and collaborating with various stakeholders to align customer needs with company capabilities.ResponsibilitiesHunt for new business across aerospace & defense, medical device, and industrial accountsBuild and manage a regional sales plan, target account list, pipeline, and forecastOpen doors with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive stakeholdersConvert opportunities into RFQs, quotes, negotiations, and closed businessSell the full Pro-Active / Analog platform, not just one site or capabilityMaintain strong Salesforce discipline and pipeline ownershipPartner with engineering, design, production, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with company capabilitiesTravel within the region to meet with prospects, customers, and strategic partnersSkills5–7 years of sales experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, technical manufacturing, or a related industryProven hunter with a track record of developing new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling into aerospace & defense, medical device, industrial, or other technical end marketsStrong technical credibility with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical stakeholdersAbility to manage RFQs, pipeline, forecasts, negotiations, and customer relationships with disciplineWillingness to travel up to 50%Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace & defense, medical device, or industrial manufacturingExperience selling design-focused manufacturing servicesExperience selling into both technical and commercial stakeholdersCompany OverviewPro-Active Engineering is a manufacturer of PCB and guiding customers through the complexities of design engineering.
