They are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector, specifically in wound care.ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and oversee a sales team of 4–6 Area Managers in collaboration with HR, CCO, and ClinicalDevelop and implement onboarding and ongoing professional development programs, including performance reviews, values, and behavioral expectationsSet individual and team sales goals aligned with company objectives and regularly review progress to ensure achievement or exceedance of targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive revenue growthIdentify high-potential markets and targets using Acuity, Definitive Health, and other data modalitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales efforts align with company-wide goals and strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and national accountsPartner with the Senior National Accounts Director to identify and execute GPO and contract opportunitiesAnalyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performanceManage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to leadership on agreed-upon timelinesEnsure all sales activities adhere to company guidelines, industry regulations, and ethical standardsSkillsBS/BA in related discipline2-5 years of experience in wound care field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions1-3 years in Sales leadership rolesExperience with skin substitutesPrefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industryPrevious experience in startup and medium sized companiesCompany OverviewHeraeus is a holding company that produces precious metals, materials and technologies.
