[Remote] Regional Sales Account Executive (Cox Fleet)

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing new business, guiding customers through fleet challenges, and maintaining strong relationships while achieving sales targets.ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed annual sales targets and fleet management solutions and related servicesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enter new marketsLead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger-based approaches to close high-value dealsPartner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points and business objectivesDeliver tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate valueMaintain a healthy, accurate pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) with reliable forecastingShare actionable insights on industry trends, market shifts and emerging fleet challengesPrepare and present customer reports by collecting and analyzing key dataCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term account growthOwn $5-10M in new business development, managing accounts until transition to the account management teamSkillsA bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree with up to 2 years of related experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year; or 8+ years of relevant industry experienceA valid driver's license and a strong driving recordThe ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territoriesExperience in trucking or fleet management salesProven success prospecting, developing new business and growing existing accountsStrong communication, customer service and relationship-building skillsWorking knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniquesThis is a regional position.
