[Remote] Regional Reimbursement Specialist (RN)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Specialist (RN) for Wyoming. The primary purpose of this position is to develop, implement, train, coordinate, and evaluate MDS services while supporting the MDS Coordinators in skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities • Optimizing Quality Measures • Improving upon the PDPM and clinical reimbursement process • Conduct quality review, training and education of MDS team, build relationships, advise on and help implement effective systems • Regional MDS Nurse Consultants work remotely and travel (4-5 days per week) to various assigned skilled nursing facilities to plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct MDS, and other Clinical Quality Assurance Programs in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Clinical Director, to assure that the highest efficiency, quality, resident care and safety are being maintained. Skills • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Wyoming RN license • At least 4 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility • Experience in long-term care as an MDS Nurse • Regional MDS Experience Company Overview • Evergreen Healthcare Group is proud to provide management consulting and other services to skilled nursing homes and assisted living communities located in the North West United States.
