[Remote] Regional Marketing Lead

The Regional Marketing Lead will own pipeline generation for the AMER region, designing and executing marketing programs that drive demand and support revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn pipeline generation for the AMER region, with targets aligned to revenue goalsPlan and execute regional events, including:XBOW-hosted events (dinners, roundtables, meetups)Sponsored conferences and third-party eventsBuild and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with SalesDevelop and execute channel and partner marketing initiatives to drive co-sourced pipelinePartner closely with Sales on regional planning, account targeting, and event follow-upManage regional campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurementTrack performance and report on pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and ROIContinuously test, iterate, and optimize regional programs based on resultsSkills5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or demand generation marketingProven experience building and influencing pipeline for a specific geographic regionHands-on experience with events, ABM, and channel/partner marketingStrong cross-functional partner, especially with SalesComfortable owning goals, metrics, and reportingStrong execution skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in B2B SaaS, security, or technical products leveraged by developersFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing and CRM platformsExperience in fast-growing or early-stage environmentsBenefitsCompetitive salaryClear performance-based incentivesEquity packageCompany OverviewXBOW develops autonomous security testing software that identifies and validates vulnerabilities in web applications and digital systems.
