[Remote] Regional Hospice Business Development Field Trainer

This role involves in-field orientation and training for business development team members, ensuring effective integration and continuous learning within the team.ResponsibilitiesPerforms in-field orientation of business development team members, collaborating with the business development (BD) training team and leadership to deliver a seamless integration process for liaisonsCrafts and conducts customized field training programs, fostering best practices and continuous learning in the BD teamGenerates real time coaching documentation, offering immediate guidance and actionable feedbackWorks closely with the BD training team to synthesize field insights into innovative learning solutionsProvides BD leadership with coaching feedback to aid in the ongoing development of team membersImplements a dynamic learning model that emphasizes knowledge acquisition, retention and timely refreshersMaintains a current knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates and advancements in the line of business (home health or hospice), adapting training content accordinglyCompletes administrative tasks and expense reports in a timely mannerPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business or related field; in lieu of degree requirement, three years of relevant experience may be substitutedThree years of experience in hospice sales and business developmentOne year of experience in training and/or coachingMaster's degree in healthcare, education, business or related fieldFive years' experience in hospice sales and business developmentExperience in analyzing and reporting dataBenefitsEligible for quarterly incentivesA full benefits package with choice of affordable PPO or HSA medical plans.Paid time off.Up to $1,000 in free healthcare services paid by Amedisys yearly, when enrolled in an Amedisys HSA medical plan.Up to $500 in wellness rewards for completing activities during the year.
