The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will play a crucial role in helping families explore options for their loved ones while ensuring a seamless experience with the company's innovative care solutions.ResponsibilitiesSets performance expectations and benchmarks and provides sales guidance for community sales teams to ensure that budgeted occupancy is met and exceededTrains new Community Relations Directors and provides ongoing training for allRegularly measures the performance of sales teams through reports and identifies areas and issues that impede salesEnsures community sales teams deploy strategies for sales and community outreach that address all service lines, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, as census requirements dictateTours communities regularly to identify areas of improvement in the physical plant, operations, and pricing, and makes recommendations to the leadership team to addressPeriodically attends community marketing events, audits sales calls, and other outreach efforts to identify areas of opportunity for improvementWorks in alignment with the organization's Annual Events & Marketing Plan, supporting proactive planning of marketing needs, outreach, and tactics for all service lines, including independent living, assisted living, and memory careSupports the community executive director and sales teams in developing the annual sales/marketing budgetReviews and assesses policies and processes that impact sales to move-in and look for opportunities to streamline and improveStays abreast of industry sales and marketing trends that impact occupancySkillsMinimum of 5 years of direct Sales and Marketing experienceMulti-site marketing and sales experience is a mustProfessional sales training is a mustExperience managing a team of sales professionalsCompany OverviewOur mission is to enhance the lives of seniors and their families.
