[Remote] Regional Director of Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a hands-on Regional Director of Operations to join the Houston region. The role focuses on implementing effective strategies and executing operational tactics to enhance practice level performance and growth across affiliated dental practices.ResponsibilitiesSpend 60 percent of your time “in the field” visiting and supporting affiliated dental practicesProvide oversite, strategic guidance, and operational support to dental practices across assigned region (Houston)Assist in the onboarding and integrations of recently affiliated dental practices, including implementation of company operational procedures and processesMaintain regular communication with affiliated doctors and practice staff while visiting each practice within the region on a regular basisReview practice trends and performance objectives on a regular basis including a monthly operational review, with a goal of increasing practice Revenue and EBITDA over timeDevelop, review, and implement recommended operational processes, procedures, and other company initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO)Collaborate with each practice within the region to help resolve operational issuesContribute to the creation of Star Dental Partners’ policies & procedures and best practices to help the organization scale effectivelySkillsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 3 years of regional dental operations management experience requiredP&L responsibility and experience with budget management, personnel management, and team buildingHighly organized and detail-oriented work ethicAbility to work collaboratively with all team members, both at the practice level and Support CenterExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrates a sense of urgency and works well under pressureSelf-motivated and goal-oriented, with the initiative to work independentlyStrong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlinesDemonstrates integrity, responsibility, accountability, and a high level of professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)Ability to travel frequently, 60 percent or moreLocated in Houston with proximity to a major airportBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsHighly competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, annual performance bonus and incentive equityStandard full time benefits will be providing including medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceAmple PTO401kCompany OverviewStar Dental Partners is a dental support organization that partners with dentists to provide customized solutions.
