They are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to implement best operational practices and lead clinical operations initiatives across PACE clinics and home care. The role involves strategic leadership, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates TH PACE values consistently and leads by example with all internal and external customers and works collaboratively across all TH PACE divisionsModel and integrate Trinity Health/TH PACE mission, values, and behaviors in all actionsLead by example to foster a warm, collaborative, and service-focused environmentExecute work within a cross-functional, team-oriented cultureProvide strategic leadership: set vision, align resources, drive growth, and lead changeDevelop and execute plans to achieve operational and organizational goalsBuild strong partnerships across teams; resolve conflicts and drive collaborationManage department budget; oversee purchasing and identify cost-saving opportunitiesLead, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff; address performance through direct and effective communicationEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and ethical standardsSupport business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis response planningIdentify and implement operational best practices across PACE programsLead clinical operations initiatives across PACE clinics, home health, and in-home careDrive continuous improvement and standardization across programsAnalyze performance metrics and address operational variances; serve as a clinical operations resourceAccountable for achieving clinical outcomes and performance targetsAssess nursing competencies and partner on development planningReview, update, and standardize clinical policies and proceduresSkillsBachelor's degree in Nursing required5+ years healthcare experience preferred in outpatient, ambulatory, or managed home carePrior supervisory experience requiredSpecialty certification required within 3 years (e.g., Gerontological Nursing, Nurse Executive)Strong knowledge of clinical practices, long-term care, and applicable regulationsProven leadership, business acumen, and sound decision-making skillsAbility to work independently, manage change, and resolve conflict effectivelyExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsStrong collaboration skills with experience working across teams and stakeholders in virtual environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare systemsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service focus and adaptability to changing prioritiesHigh accountability with ability to research, analyze, and synthesize informationAbility to travel up to 25%, will visit PACE locations as needed in multiple statesMaster's preferredMinimum one (1) year teaching or instructor experience, with planning and developing educational materials, preferredBenefitsComprehensive benefit including 1st Day medical coverage, dental, vision, paid time off, 403B and educational assistance.Access to daily pay and employee referral incentives.Supportive environment with a patient-centered focus.Opportunities for professional development.Company OverviewTrinity Health is one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation.
