[Remote] Regional Clinical Manager - WEST

The Regional Clinical Manager will lead and develop the Clinical Optimization Specialist team, ensuring clinical excellence and driving adoption of FloPatch within customer accounts while achieving business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Optimization Specialists within the assigned regionEstablish a high-performance culture built on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and resultsSet clear performance expectations, goals, and development plans aligned with organizational objectivesConduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance coaching sessionsEstablish clear goals, expectations, and development plans for team membersParticipate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Clinical Optimization SpecialistsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer focusSupport performance management activities and career development discussionsEnsure successful implementation, adoption and integration of FloPatch within customer accountsSupport Clinical Optimization Specialists in developing and executing account-specific adoption plansPartner with commercial leadership to align clinical resources with business prioritiesMonitor customer utilization and clinical adoption trends to identify opportunities for improvementServe as an escalation point for complex clinical, customer, and implementation challengesAssist with strategic account planning and key customer engagementsEnsure consistent delivery of clinical education and training programs across the regionWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Education, and Customer Success teamsProvide field-based insights and customer feedback to support product enhancements and future innovationParticipate in regional planning, forecasting, and business review activitiesSkillsMinimum 5 years of clinical experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Telemetry, Step-Down Care, or a related specialtyMinimum 3-5 years of leadership, mentoring, clinical education, or team development experienceBachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferredPreviously or actively a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) licenseStrong cardiopulmonary and hemodynamic monitoring knowledgeExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational, coaching, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel extensively within assigned region, including overnight travelExperience supporting medical device implementation and clinical adoptionExperience leading geographically dispersed teamsExperience working in a startup or high-growth healthcare environmentClinical education or staff development experienceCompany OverviewFlosonics Medical is a venture-backed start-up that develops and commercializes wearable sensors, which improve clinical management of critically ill patients inside and outside of the hospital.
