[Remote] Regional Business Development Manager – Biotech & Pharma - Chinese Speaker

They are seeking an International Business Development Manager to expand their CDMO and pharmaceutical outsourcing business across the United States, focusing on building long-term partnerships and managing the business development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across the United States and Europe for CDMO and small molecule outsourcing servicesIdentify and approach key decision-makers within sourcing, procurement, CMC, external manufacturing, and R&D departmentsLead commercial discussions, negotiations, and execution of agreements including CDA, NDA, MSA, and long-term service contractsCapture and manage RFP/RFQ opportunities while coordinating closely with technical and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutionsConduct client visits, industry networking, and conference participation to strengthen market visibility and expand strategic relationshipsPresent technical manufacturing capabilities, process development expertise, and production advantages to enterprise stakeholdersMonitor pharmaceutical outsourcing trends, competitor activities, and regional biotech developments to support commercial strategyCollaborate with headquarters and technical teams to ensure smooth communication between international clients and manufacturing operationsSkillsBachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, technical sales, CDMO services, or biotech outsourcing environmentsStrong existing network within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO ecosystems, especially among procurement, sourcing, CMC, or manufacturing stakeholdersSolid understanding of chemical synthesis, process development, GMP manufacturing, scale-up operations, and small molecule production workflowsProven ability to develop enterprise pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, and secure outsourcing projectsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities in highly technical commercial environmentsExperience operating independently in high-ownership, client-facing business development rolesNative or fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional English communication skills are mandatoryMust be a Chinese national currently residing in the United States with valid working authorizationCompany OverviewPT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is a recruitment ecosystem helping companies expand their hiring possibilities through expert recruiters, multiple hiring channels, and a network of 1,500+ recruiters globally.
