They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead a team in expanding client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving account growth through strategic management and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Clinical Account Associates in the execution of their duties to gain, retain, and support clients as part of the customer success organizationCollaborate with the Customer Success leadership to ensure comprehensive support, including sample and order tracking, and to escalate and resolve issues efficientlyOversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring best practices are followed and partnerships with sales representatives are leveragedCollaborate with sales to identify and capitalize on opportunities for Tempus's algorithmic tests and add-onsDrive initiatives to improve workflow efficiencies and support care teams with effective ordering methods and workflowsAnalyze highest opportunities for retention in areas and coach teams to improve care teams workflow, in turn improving pTaT and customer experiencePromote the adoption of online ordering through Tempus Hub and EMR integrations among the client baseConduct competitive analysis and collect feedback from accounts and sales representatives to continuously improve the Tempus experienceBuild and maintain strong client relationships through on-site support and regular, proactive communicationSkillsBachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or biotechnology industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleDemonstrated success in client retention and account growthIn-depth knowledge of healthcare data, AI applications, and the competitive landscapeExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsTravel as needed for client engagement and team supportBenefitsIncentive compensationRestricted stock unitsMedical and other benefits depending on the positionCompany OverviewTempus is a technology company advancing precision medicine through the practical application of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
