[Remote] Regional Account Manager

The role involves territory management, collaboration with internal teams, and client education to enhance sales performance.ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed assigned sales, attach rate goals, and execute company initiatives in an assigned territoryThe Regional Account Manager is responsible for building and growing productive relationships with senior client field or store operation leadership, including the Regional Vice PresidentExpand the performance of stores, districts, and regions through various mediums and approaches; innovation and strategy skills are criticalThis position will also work with internal cross-functional teams to identify growth and process improvement opportunitiesStrategically analyze the territory by reviewing sales report data to identify the highest opportunitiesBuild strong field relationships, understand client business plan, develop a strategy that fits within, and work to become part of the client teamIncorporate information from Store, District Managers, and industry knowledge to identify actions to drive salesEffectively manage activity calendar to optimize results and expensesEnsure high-volume Districts and Stores have regular touchpoints, training, and leadership supportAchieve all growth metrics set by sales leadershipPartner with key internal stakeholders in the development of client sales performance drivers by sharing identified growth opportunities and best practicesAssist in the development of the client's sales strategy and executionContinuously assess needs and provide an action plan with recommendations to Sales LeadershipIntegrate Protection Plan training into the client's existing training programsEvaluate and update training programs as needed to align with client sales strategiesEngage and partner with senior client sales leaders and recommend improvement strategies-based learnings and insightsClient-specific training facilitation to motivate Protection Plan salesCoordination of training logistics to include identification of appropriate attendees, materials, and training approachObtaining store leadership support; and T&E budget managementDeliver executive overviews at client annual/regional meetingsArticulate client-specific features and benefits of protection plansSkillsExperience building quality relationships at Senior Leadership levels (up to Market Director)Formal training or presentation experienceExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to solve complex problems through innovative strategyExperience interacting with leaders at all levels of an organizationExperience analyzing and interpreting data to drive action planningProficient Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Proven track record of achieving assigned financial or sales goalsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2+ years of account sales management experience2+ years of retail store/district management experience desiredInsurance Licensing: Must be able to pass State Property and Casualty Licensing examPotential 60-75% travel with frequent overnight staysRetail experience preferredCompany OverviewAsurion is an electronics company that provides protection, repair, and installation.
