[Remote] Recruitment Sourcer

Scorewarrior is a top mobile games studio based in Cyprus, and they are seeking a highly effective Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support their talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. This remote role focuses on research and sourcing, with responsibilities that include identifying qualified candidates and maintaining candidate pipelines.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research candidates across Europe and CISDevelop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each roleCreate high-quality lists of profiles for assigned rolesMaintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruitersMonitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positionsWork with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirementsProvide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insightsSkillsOne or more years' experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets, ideally with a focus on technical or gaming rolesStrong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search)Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing outputEnglish level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruitersAble to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progressSolid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research toolsKnowledge of additional CIS languagesBenefitsFully remote.Flexible working hours except for pre-agreed meetings.Software will be provided but you will need your own computer.Company OverviewScorewarrior is a game developer and publisher from Cyprus.
