[Remote] Recruiting Specialist

The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting activities, partnering with hiring managers, and utilizing various sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines while also supporting HR operations through reporting and data analysis.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesCreate and post job advertisements across appropriate recruiting channelsSource and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, industry groups, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing toolsDevelop and maintain talent pipelines and talent communities for critical and hard-to-fill positionsPerform talent mapping and market research to identify target candidate populations and inform recruiting strategiesConduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collectionMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking systemTrack recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, pipeline conversion, and time-to-fillPull and compile HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruiting activity, vacancies, and other workforce metrics, and support audits, compliance reporting, exit interviews, and routine HR inquiriesSkills3+ years of experience with recruiting in a corporate, agency, or blended environmentExperience proactively sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill rolesExperience managing multiple requisitions and hiring manager relationshipsExperience working with applicant tracking systems and human resources information systemsExperience using Excel or reporting tools to compile, analyze, or summarize recruiting or workforce dataExperience maintaining confidentiality while handling candidate, employee, or workforce informationAbility to support recruiting processes in compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practicesHS diploma or GEDExperience recruiting for cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or specialized professional positionsExperience conducting exit interviews and summarizing employee feedbackExperience creating HR dashboards or workforce reportsKnowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirementsPossession of excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or PsychologySHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR CertificationBenefitsHealth, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefitsPaid leaveProfessional developmentTuition assistanceWork-life programsDependent careRecognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and superior demonstration of our valuesFull-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allenβs benefit programsIndividuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefitsCompany OverviewBooz Allen Hamilton is a consulting firm that specializes in analytics, technology, and engineering.
